What can I expect when I arrive at salonblonde?
When you arrive at the salon you will be greeted by one of our professional salon coordinators who will, take your coat and offer you one of our many beverages (water, coffee, various teas, hot coco, chardonnay, cabernet, champagne, or mimosa).
You will be asked to complete a salon history and contact information. The salon history will provide the stylist with all of the essential information they need in order to help them understand your hair needs

What forms of payment does the salon accept?
salonblonde accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Checks, and Cash.

Can I include my gratuity on my credit card or check?
Effective January 1, 2006 we will no longer be accepting credit card or check payments exceeding the exact amount of services and/ or retail products. An ATM is now available in the salon for your convenience. In addition to the ATM, the front desk associates will be happy to provide you with change and answer any questions you may have regarding this process.

Do the stylists share the gratuity with the assistant?
If you would like an assistant to receive gratuity, please make sure that you specify by telling the front desk the dollar amount you would like to go to the assistant. It is recorded and given to them at the end of their shift

What happens if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
You can change or cancel an appointment up to 12 hours before its scheduled time. If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of its scheduled time, there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee applied. If you need to cancel after the salon has closed the evening prior to your appointment, you may leave a message on the salon voicemail
